I work evenings by appointment only. The salon closes at 8pm during the week, last appointments are an hour before closing. 

I am based in the former Bridgend pub on Hanbury Road in Pontnewynydd. It is on the corner of Hanbury Road and Chapel Road, just round the corner from the Royal Mail sorting office..

Cash is accepted. I also take payment by card or bank transfer. ALL appointments must be paid for in full before leaving the salon. Some treatments may require a deposit and/or booking fee to be paid at time of booking.

Due to both limited space and health and safety only the person receiving the treatment can attend the appointment. No children are permitted to accompany a client.
Should a client need assistance or have any special requirements please message to discuss these. 

I understand that sometimes life throws us a curveball and unexpected things crop up! However, please be respectful and as much as possible give at least 48 hours if you need to cancel or change your appointment.
This will enable me to be able to offer the appointment slot to someone else.

Any notice given within 48 hours may incur a cancellation charge if I am unable to fill the appointment spot. Plus a booking fee would also be required for further appointments.
No shows will be charged full appointment cost. 

If you book for more than one service and change your mind at your appointment, all services booked will become payable.The time has been booked out for those treatments so will have to be paid for whether or not the treatment is performed.
If the treatments required are amended with more than 48 hours notice then no cancellation fee for the cancelled treatments will be payable. 

Soft gel extensions are a revolutionary extension system which is far kinder to the natural nail than acrylics.

They are a full cover tip which is applied to your natural nail with an adhesive rubber gel. These can be altered to your required length and shape.

They are removed by debulking with an electronic file then soaking off the remainder with acetone.
